在植物检疫工作中,经常需要在实验室内处理少量感染害虫的邮寄植物种子。过去大都用溴甲烷、氰酸气、氯化苦、二硫化碳等熏蒸,这些药剂对熏蒸大量种子是方便的,但处理少量种子就不甚方便。因为以上几种药剂除对人有剧毒外,有的还有易燃的危险。为比,我们曾试验了其他几种药剂,其中以氯仿的效果较好。现将结果整理如下。 材料与方法 试验昆虫为米象、锯谷盗、杂拟谷盗、四纹豆象。试验种子为玉米、小麦、花生、眉豆、绿豆、甘蓝、大白菜、胡罗卜等,含水量在14%以下,熏蒸窒温度30—35℃,
