采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇、水为流动相,C_(18)柱和紫外检测器同柱分离测定28.6%氨氯·二氯水剂中的氨氯吡啶酸和二氯吡啶酸。结果表明,氨氯吡啶酸、二氯吡啶酸的标准偏差分别为0.07、0.12;变异系数分别为1.26%,0.53%:平均回收率分别为100.27%,99.99%,线性相关系数R~2_(氨氯吡啶酸)=0.999 9,R~2_(二氧吡啶酸)=0.9999。
High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with methanol and water as mobile phases was performed on the same column with C18 column and UV detector to determine the contents of clopidol and clopyralid in 28.6% ammonia chloride dichloride. The results showed that the standard deviations of clopyralid and clopyralid were 0.07 and 0.12, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 1.26% and 0.53%, respectively. The average recoveries were 100.27% and 99.99%, respectively. The linear correlation coefficients R 2 ~ Clopyralid) = 0.999 9, R ~ 2_ (Dioxypyridinic acid) = 0.9999.
