报道了一种波长调谐范围达 4 5nm的L 波段环形腔掺铒光纤激光器。利用偏振调谐的方法 ,可以使该激光器的工作波长在 15 6 0nm到 16 0 5nm范围内调谐 ,调谐范围几乎覆盖了整个L 波段。环形腔内用两段铒光纤作为增益介质 ,采用二次抽运方式 ,由一 980nm激光器抽运其中一段铒光纤产生的放大自发辐射作二次抽运源 ,再对腔内的两段铒光纤进行抽运 ,使它们的增益谱位移到L 波段 ,获得稳定的激光输出。实验中还对环形腔输出耦合器的输出耦合比对激光功率的影响作了研究
A L-band annular cavity erbium-doped fiber laser with a wavelength tuning range up to 45 nm has been reported. Using the method of polarization tuning, the working wavelength of the laser can be tuned in the range of 15 6 0 nm to 16 0 5 nm, and the tuning range covers almost the entire L band. In the annular cavity, two erbium-doped optical fibers are used as the gain medium, and the secondary pumping mode is adopted.
