我院自1995年12月～1996年3月采用CA19-9RIA对97例消化道恶性肿瘤及82例消化道良性疾病进行检测,现将结果报告如下。 对象和方法 一、对象: (一)正常对照组:88例(男58,女30),年龄50～76岁,平均61.8岁。均为我院查体无消化道疾患的正常人。 (二)消化道良性疾病组:82例(男49,女33),年龄23～68岁,平均57岁。其中肝硬化28例,急、慢性肝炎10例,其它(慢性胃炎、胆囊炎、胃溃疡等)44例。所有病例均经病理或临床确诊。 (三)消化道恶性肿瘤组:97例(男59,女38),年龄30～73岁,平均52岁。其中肝癌41例,胰腺癌11例,胆囊癌17例,胃癌15例,结直肠癌13例。本组病例中除3例原发性肝癌经CT及AFP确诊外,其它病例均经手术或病理证实。 二、方法:采集受检者晨空腹血,分离血清,-20℃保存待测。CA19-9 RIA kit由天津新传生物技术有限公司提供。正常参考值<37U/ml,操作按说明书。测量仪器为西安262厂生产的XH-6010型γ免疫计数器。
In our hospital from December 1995 to March 1996, 97 cases of malignant tumors of the digestive tract and 82 cases of benign diseases of the digestive tract were detected using the CA19-9 RIA. The results are reported below. Subjects and Methods 1. Subjects: (1) Normal control group: 88 cases (male 58, female 30), aged 50 to 76 years, mean 61.8 years old. All of them are normal people who have no digestive diseases in our hospital. (B) Gastrointestinal benign disease group: 82 cases (men 49, women 33), aged 23 to 68 years, with an average of 57 years old. There were 28 cases of cirrhosis, 10 cases of acute and chronic hepatitis, and 44 cases of other chronic gastritis, cholecystitis, and gastric ulcer. All cases were confirmed by pathology or clinical diagnosis. (III) Gastrointestinal cancer group: 97 cases (male 59, female 38), aged 30-73 years, mean 52 years old. There were 41 cases of liver cancer, 11 cases of pancreatic cancer, 17 cases of gallbladder cancer, 15 cases of gastric cancer, and 13 cases of colorectal cancer. In this group of patients except 3 cases of primary liver cancer confirmed by CT and AFP, other cases were confirmed by surgery or pathology. Second, the method: collection of subjects with morning empty stomach blood, serum separation, stored at -20 °C to be tested. The CA19-9 RIA kit was provided by Tianjin Xinchuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The normal reference value is <37U/ml. Follow the instructions. The measuring instrument is an XH-6010 gamma immune counter produced by Xi’an 262 Factory.
