随着产品 MTBF(平均无故障工作时间)的提高,可靠性试验的时间越来越长,试验费用也就按比例地增大,如何缩短试验时间便成为一个亟待解决的问题。贝叶斯(Bayes)方法利用了试验前的已有知识,在试验数据处理中可以比经典方法获得更高的置信度,因而缩短了试验时间。本文首先扼要介绍贝叶斯方法的原理和应用条件,然后提出几种可以应用的场合,导出简洁的计算公式。以供实际应用。
With the increase of product MTBF (MTBF), the reliability test takes longer and longer, and the test expense also increases proportionally. How to shorten the test time becomes an urgent problem to be solved. The Bayesian approach takes advantage of the pre-test knowledge and allows for a higher degree of confidence in experimental data processing than the classical methods, thus reducing test time. This paper first introduces the principle and application conditions of Bayesian method briefly, and then proposes several applicable occasions to derive concise formulas. For practical use.
