人力资源档案信息化建设是国内外人力资源管理发展的一种主流趋势,也是提高企事业单位人力资源管理效率和水平、增强我国企事业单位核心竞争力的重要手段。笔者结合档案信息化管理的实践经验,提出人力资源档案信息化建设的必要性,分析人力资源档案信息化建设与人力资源管理系统的关系,针对人力资源档案信息化建设面临问题进行研究,探讨推进人力资源档案信息化建设路径,这对提高企事业单位人力资源管理水平具有重要的现实意义。
