英语专业学生学术素养的培养目前引起国内外语界广泛关注。如何运用计算机信息技术提升英语学术写作能力已经成为新时期外语教育界讨论的热点话题之一。本研究基于知识建构主义和社会认知理论,结合中国本土高校英语教学现状,探索构建适合中国社会文化环境的英语学术写作能力发展模型。通过设计并实施计算机支持协作学习环境,本研究采用实验对比与网络话语量化分析的方法,考察了信息技术在提升社会认知过程与学术写作产出能力中的作用。
At present, the cultivation of English majors’ academic literacy has aroused widespread concern both at home and abroad. How to use computer information technology to improve the academic writing ability of English has become one of the hot topics discussed in the foreign language education in the new era. Based on knowledge constructivism and social cognition theory, this study, based on the current situation of English teaching in Chinese universities, explores the development model of English academic writing competence suitable for Chinese social and cultural environment. By designing and implementing a computer-based collaborative learning environment, this study uses the experimental comparison and quantitative analysis of online discourse to examine the role of information technology in enhancing social cognition and academic writing output.
