为充分彰显豫烟7号香气量足、香气质好的特性,提高烤后烟品质,以豫烟7号为材料,通过微生物有机肥不同用量试验研究了其对豫烟7号生长发育及烤后烟品质的影响,进而解决河南烟区烟草品种浓香型风格弱化问题。结果表明:微生物有机肥对烟株农艺性状影响不显著,但能够降低烟株主要病害的发病率及病情指数、显著提高烤后烟产值、改善烤后烟上部烟叶结构、提高中上部烟叶身份和各部位烟叶油分及嗅香、增加下部叶和上部叶的色度并减少挂灰;另外,微生物有机肥能够提高烤后烟叶的还原糖和钾含量,并降低烟叶的氯和淀粉含量,提高烤后烟叶化学成分协调性;施用微生物有机肥能够提高单料烟的评吸质量,提高其香气质、香气量、浓度、刺激性、余味、燃烧性和灰色。总体来说,施用微生物有机肥750 kg/hm~2+烟草复合肥112.5 kg/hm~2的处理,烤烟发病率与病情指数最低,烤后烟主要化学成分协调性和单料烟评吸质量最好。
