利用冲液装置和高频窄脉宽脉冲电流,开展了镍锰合金的脉冲电铸试验。采用扫描电镜、透射电镜 及x射线衍射法对电铸层的沉积表面形貌、晶粒大小、相结构和结晶取向进行了测试与分析。
The pulse electroforming test of nickel-manganese alloy was carried out by using the impulse device and high-frequency narrow-pulse current. The deposited surface morphology, grain size, phase structure and crystal orientation of the electroformed layer were tested and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.
