太谷核不育小麦(Tal)是受显性单基因控制的雄性不育天然突变体,这种天然突变体在小麦中尚属首次发现。因而对它的生理生化特性的研究将对这一宝贵资源的开发利用,探索其生理生化基础有一定的意义。本文用等电聚焦电泳的方法,对太谷核不育小麦的雄性不育株和可育株的幼穗、旗叶、花药和雌蕊的过氧化物酶、淀粉酶、酯酶的同工酶进行了分析,并测定了雄、雌蕊中的过氧化物酶和淀粉酶的活性,对不育性的生理生化基础进行了初步的探讨。
Taigu nuclear sterile wheat (Tal) is a dominant single-gene controlled male sterile natural mutant, which is the first of its kind found in wheat. Therefore, its physiological and biochemical characteristics of the research on the development and utilization of this valuable resource to explore its physiological and biochemical basis has some significance. In this paper, peroxidase, amylase and esterase isozyme of young, flag leaf, anther and pistil of male sterile and fertile plants of Taigu nuclear sterile wheat were analyzed by isoelectric focusing electrophoresis The activities of peroxidase and amylase in male and female pistils were determined, and the physiological and biochemical basis of sterility was preliminarily discussed.
