市场不能拒绝优胜劣汰，应该引入破产机制．从长远看证券市场需要退出机制，该破产的企业就应当破产．企业间的竞争已转向对现有市场份额的竞争，大企业因具备企业规模大和多元化经营等方面的优势，一部分企业被淘汰兼并是不可避免的．对证券市场实行退出机制，才能有公平的竞争，才能有利于我国证券市场的长期发展．
The market can not reject the survival of the fittest, it should introduce a bankruptcy mechanism. In the long run, the stock market needs to withdraw from the mechanism and the bankrupt enterprise should go bankrupt. The competition among enterprises has shifted to the competition of the existing market share. It is unavoidable for large enterprises to be eliminated from mergers and acquisitions due to their advantages of large-scale enterprises and diversified operations. In order to have fair competition in the exit mechanism of securities market, we can benefit the long-term development of China’s securities market.
