应用热分析原理和单片机技术研制而成的ＺＣ－２０Ｂ型铁水质量炉前快速分析仪，具有测试速度快、精度高、成本低和使用方便等特点．该仪器用于冲天炉或电炉前测定铁水质量，２．５～３分钟时间内给出全部测试结果，包括热分析曲线上的特征温度值；普通灰铸铁化学成分、机械性能、共晶团数；球墨铸铁球化率及孕育效果等２０种参数．该文介绍了仪器总体构成、取样器设计方法、数据采集系统设计方法及数学模型等．
