最新研究表明几丁质酯寡糖穴LCO雪对于豆科和非豆科植物有着广泛的作用。本试验采用几丁质酯寡糖或经类黄酮刺激的大豆根瘤菌处理两个粳稻品种和1个玉米品种,观测其促进发芽和幼苗生长的效果。结果表明10-9mol·L-1几丁质酯寡糖明显促进玉米的发芽。而对于参试水稻品种,各处理效果不同。
Recent studies show that chitooligosaccharides point LCO snow for legumes and non-legumes have a wide range of roles. In this experiment, two japonica rice varieties and one corn variety were treated with chitooligosaccharides or soybean flavonoid-stimulated soybean rhizobia to observe their effects on promoting germination and seedling growth. The results showed that 10-9mol·L-1 chitooligosaccharides significantly promote the germination of corn. For the test rice varieties, the treatment effect is different.
