为探讨内皮素(ET)在脑出血(CH)的发病机制中的作用,我们用放射免疫分析法系统地测定观察了57例CH患者血浆ET含量的变化。结果发现:1.CH患者血浆ET水平(110.7±44.11)较对照组(66.75±27.23)显著性升高(P<0.001)。2.CH患者血浆ET水平与年龄无明显相关,与病情轻重、出血量的多少及是否合并其他脏器损害有关。3.CH患者血浆ET水平动态变化的规律为:血浆ET水平在发病后24小时内即开始升高,1~3天达高峰,之后维护在较高水平直至14天,半月后开始下降,1月后基本降至正常水平。这与CH后脑水肿的形成时程一致。以上结果说明ET参与了CH的发生与发展。
To investigate the role of endothelin (ET) in the pathogenesis of intracerebral hemorrhage (CH), we systematically measured changes in plasma ET levels in 57 patients with CH by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that: 1. The plasma ET level of CH patients (110.7 ± 44.11) was significantly higher than that of the control group (66.75 ± 27.23) (P <0.001). 2.CH patients with plasma ET levels and age was not significantly correlated with the severity of the amount of bleeding and whether the damage associated with other organs. 3. The dynamic change of plasma ET level in patients with CHD was: plasma ET level began to rise within 24 hours after onset, peaked at 1-3 days, then maintained at a relatively high level until 14 days, After the basic drop to normal levels. This coincides with the formation of CH cerebral edema. The above results show that ET is involved in the occurrence and development of CH.
