调查了上海市大莲湖及其周边河道的浮游藻类的种类组成和群落结构,并结合TN、TP、DO等水环境因子,对大莲湖水域水体的水环境质量进行了评价。同时,对浮游藻类与水环境因子之间的相关性进行了分析。结果表明:大莲湖水域共检出浮游藻类7门62种,且优势种种类数较多,在8~16种之间;浮游藻类指示种和水质理化参数评价结果基本一致,大莲湖水域水质处于轻污染至中污染之间;浮游藻类与水环境因子之间关系密切,浮游藻类指标与TN、TP均呈显著负相关,与DO呈显著正相关,与pH值呈极显著正相关。
The species composition and community structure of planktonic algae in Da Lian Lake and its surrounding rivers in Shanghai were investigated. The water environment quality in the waters of the Da Lian Lake was evaluated in combination with water environmental factors such as TN, TP and DO. At the same time, the correlation between phytoplankton and water environmental factors was analyzed. The results showed that there were altogether 62 phytoplankton species, of which 62 were phytoplankton species, with more dominant species ranging from 8 to 16 species. The evaluation results of phytoplankton species and water quality physicochemical parameters were basically consistent. There was a close relationship between phytoplankton and water environmental factors. There was a significant negative correlation between phytoplankton and TN and TP, a significant positive correlation with DO, and a significant positive correlation with pH.
