患者 女,47岁。外阴部肿物2年余。起始时无不适。近一年生长较快,时有阵发性剌痛,性交困难。妇科检查:肿物位左侧大小阴唇处,肤色正常,大小6.5×5×5cm,质较硬,界限尚清,推不活动,压痛明显。阴道、宫颈、宫体及双附件未见特殊。月经初潮17岁,周期30～40天,持续4～6天。孕3、产3,末次生产于15年前。全身检查及常规肝、肾、心功能化验室
