目的:探索代谢综合征对冠心病冠脉病变程度的影响。方法:对214例急性冠脉综合征(ACS)住院患者,分别计算血糖、血脂、体重指数、血压等指标。据代谢综合征有与无分为两组,分析两组冠状动脉造影情况。结果:合并代谢综合征患者组体重指数、空腹血糖、甘油三脂均明显高于非代谢综合征组(P≤0.05)。餐后2 h血糖明显高于非代谢综合征组(P≤0.01)。代谢综合征组积分值明显高于非代谢综合征组(P=0.023),多支病变率明显高于非代谢综合征组(P=0.008 7)。结论:代谢综合征加重冠心病冠脉病变进展,尤其是多支血管受累明显。
Objective: To explore the influence of metabolic syndrome on the degree of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: 214 hospitalized patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) were enrolled. Blood glucose, blood lipid, body mass index and blood pressure were calculated. According to the metabolic syndrome and non-divided into two groups, analysis of coronary angiography two groups. Results: Body mass index, fasting blood glucose and triglyceride in patients with metabolic syndrome were significantly higher than those in non-metabolic syndrome (P≤0.05). The blood glucose level at 2 h after meal was significantly higher than that in non-metabolic syndrome group (P≤0.01). The scores of metabolic syndrome group were significantly higher than those of non-metabolic syndrome group (P = 0.023), and the multi-vessel disease rate was significantly higher than that of non-metabolic syndrome group (P = 0.008 7). Conclusion: Metabolic syndrome aggravate coronary artery disease progression, especially multivessel involvement.
