利用标样法消除或测量物相重量分数与衍射强度关系式中的K或(?)是常用的定量相分析方法。标样法分为Alexander的内标法、增量法、外标法和基体消除法四类。由于内标法要求一组含不同量待测相的样品作参考试样,速度慢等,目前已不大采用。本短文对这些方法原理要点及实测结果作番比较,以供实际工作中选择方法之参考。四类方法的要点列入表1中。表2给出一组试样利用不同方法的测量结果。比较这些表的各项内容和数据可得如下结论:
The standard sample method to eliminate or measure the phase weight fraction and diffraction intensity of K or (?) Is a common quantitative phase analysis method. Standard sample method is divided into Alexander’s internal standard method, incremental method, external standard method and substrate elimination method. As the internal standard method requires a group of samples containing different amounts to be measured as a reference sample, the speed is slow, so it is not used at present. This essay compares the main points of these methods and the measured results for the reference of the selection method in practical work. The main points of the four methods are listed in Table 1. Table 2 shows the results of a series of samples using different methods. The following table summarizes the contents and data of these tables:
