【目的/意义】突发事件通过互联网形成网络舆情,网络舆情又将突发事件反复发酵,使突发事件舆情信息生态链系统得以演化。【方法/过程】基于信息生态链理论构建突发事件舆情信息生态链系统,分析其系统构成要素,利用协同学理论及系统动力学方法,阐述突发事件舆情信息生态链系统的协同演化机理。【结果/结论】提出突发事件舆情信息生态链系统的治理策略。 [Purpose / Significance] Incidents through the Internet to form network public opinion, network public opinion again and again unexpected incidents fermentation, so that emergency public opinion information ecological chain system can be evolved. 【Method / Process】 Based on the theory of information ecological chain, this paper constructs an ecological chain system of public opinion information of emergent events, analyzes its system components, and uses the synergetics theory and system dynamics method to elaborate the synergic evolution mechanism of public opinion information ecological chain system. [Results / Conclusion] put forward the governance strategy of public opinion information ecological chain system.
