采用超声萃取样品,建立了气相色谱-串联质谱法(GC/MS/MS)测定玩具产品萃取液中23种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂含量的方法。样品以二氯甲烷为萃取溶剂,超声波辅助萃取后,采用多反应监测(MRM)模式进行测定。结果表明,在0.01~1.0 mg·L~(-1)浓度范围内,23种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂线性关系良好(r>0.998),回收率均在80.5%~105.9%之间,RSD在2.48%~9.26%之间,该方法检测限在0.4~5.0μg·kg~(-1)之间。该方法选择性强、灵敏度高、重复性好,能满足玩具产品中多种材料的增塑剂含量的测定。
A method for the determination of 23 kinds of phthalate plasticizers in the extract of toy products by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC / MS / MS) was developed by using ultrasonic extraction samples. Samples were extracted with dichloromethane as the extraction solvent. After ultrasonic-assisted extraction, the reaction was monitored by MRM (Multiple Reaction Monitoring). The results showed that the linearity of 23 phthalate plasticizers was good (r> 0.998) within the range of 0.01-1.0 mg · L -1 and the recovery rates were between 80.5% and 105.9% , RSD ranged from 2.48% to 9.26%. The limit of detection of this method was between 0.4 and 5.0 μg · kg -1. The method has the advantages of strong selectivity, high sensitivity, good repeatability, and can meet the determination of the plasticizer content of various materials in toy products.
