本文研究了四年生人参底施磷肥与土壤、根组织营养及碳水化合物、总皂甙的关系。结果表明,底施磷肥,增加了土壤全磷及速效磷含量,改善了根组织P及N、K营养,从而提高根中糖代谢水平,促进淀粉等贮藏性多糖的合成与积累,并增加总皂甙合量。根中磷合生与肥料用量为非线性响应,根中总糖、淀粉及总皂甙与该组织中磷含量呈线性响应趋势。
In this paper, the relationship between phosphate and soil, root tissue nutrition, carbohydrate and total saponin of four-year-old ginseng was studied. The results showed that applying phosphate at the bottom increased soil total phosphorus and available phosphorus, improved P and N and K nutrition in roots, increased sugar metabolism in roots, promoted the synthesis and accumulation of storage polysaccharides such as starch, and increased total Saponin amount. There was a non-linear response between the content of phosphorus in the roots and the amount of fertilizers in the roots. The content of total sugar, starch and total saponin in the roots showed a linear response trend with the content of phosphorus in the roots.
