Multimedia Optical Fiber IndustryNetwork (FIN) based on Fast Etheet includes sev-eral types of data, such as alert data, control dataand multimedia video signals. And each station ofFIN needs to meet real-time transmission. A hybridmode transfer scheme based on the network applica-tion layer is offered. According to the non-preemptiveM/M/1 queuing model, a multi-task queuing modelwith the priority mode in the industrial network isestablished, and waiting-time and waiting task num-ber are used as performance parameters. The trans-mission mechanism and realizing method of PriorityTransfer Protocol (PTP) are founded and discussed.Lastly, the performance parameters and running re-sults of the hybrid model are analyzed in the differentenvironment.
