司法精神病学是跨精神病学和法学的一个交叉学科,通常在认定犯罪嫌疑人刑事责任时常常被提及,很多情况下,犯罪嫌疑人因为被认定为司法精神病人而获得了减轻或者免除刑罚,因而,使得很多精神正常的犯罪嫌疑人为了达到逃避法律责任目的而进行精神疾病的伪装,这就对法律的公正造成了一定的冲击。然而,在实践中,由于个体不同,目的不同,存在各种形式的伪装司法精神病,这对于司法精神病的鉴定又提出了各种挑战。本文着重阐述伪装司法精神病的基本状况,探究法律责任的公平性
