本文的目的,试图通过荧光显微鉴定的“沥青产状法”,给出存于碳酸盐岩中沥青的原、次生性质,进而讨论碳酸盐岩作为油源岩的可能性和实际性,以指导实际的石油勘探目的层。本文选择贵州黔北 S_1~2(石牛栏组)以及黔东南凯里地区 O_1~3(大湾组)含油地层作为重点的讨论对象,从生物与沥青的亲缘产状、岩石结构特征与石油沥青依存着规律性的关系,论证这两个层位在它的地质历史时期曾经发生过有机质向石油方向转化的事实,并指出这种转化一般地是发生在成岩阶段的晚期。
