Objective To investigate the optimum concentration of carbonic acid for cerebrospinal fluid protein. Methods The carbolic acid solution of 5%, 8% and supersaturated concentration was prepared. Pancreatic tests were performed with cerebrospinal fluid samples of 71 patients. Different concentrations of total protein and globulin standard solution were prepared. Qualitative protein qualitative test was performed with different concentrations of carbolic acid. The effects of different concentrations of carbolic acid on the qualitative properties of cerebrospinal fluid were compared. Results The results of the same level of Pan test showed that the concentration of 5% carbolic acid corresponded to carbonic acid with a total protein content of more than 8% and supersaturated concentration in cerebrospinal fluid. The concentrations of carbolic acid and various concentrations of total protein in 5% and 6% Positive (-), carbofuranic acid concentrations of 8%, saturated and supersaturated concentrations were significantly weaker than those of the other two (5% Concentration carbolic acid and low concentration (≤1200mg / L) standard solution of globulin qualitative results were negative (-), 7%, 8% and 10% of the concentration of carbolic acid and globulin standard protein qualitative more consistent, at 1200mg / L Positive (+) results were observed when supersaturated concentrations of carbolic acid showed very weak positive (±) results at 150 mg / L. CONCLUSIONS: Pancreatic carbolic acid with different concentrations has significant differences. Pancreatic carbolic acid test with more than 8% concentration is more sensitive than carbonic acid with supersaturated concentration, which is the most suitable for Pancreatic juice test.
