网络化和数字化时代的大学图书馆需要适应用户需求和网络环境的变化,需要直接参与用户知识运用和知识创造过程,创造用户增值价值。根据大学图书馆知识咨询服务的相关理论,构建知识专家系统咨询模式、项目流程团队咨询模式、流程映射知识管理咨询模式等三种知识咨询模式,并从知识专家选择、建立知识专家地图、组建专业化项目服务流程团队和推动知识创造的角度,阐述知识咨询服务实施方案,提升大学图书馆的智力内涵和知识服务能力。
The university libraries in the era of network and digitization need to adapt to the changes of users’ needs and network environment. They need to directly participate in the process of user knowledge utilization and knowledge creation to create value-added value for users. According to the related theory of university library knowledge consulting service, this paper constructs three kinds of knowledge consultation modes, such as knowledge expert system consulting mode, project process team consulting mode and process mapping knowledge management consulting mode, and selects knowledge experts to establish knowledge expert map and set up professional The project service process team and promote knowledge creation perspective, elaborate the implementation plan of knowledge consulting service, enhance the intellectual connotation and knowledge service capability of university library.
