[目的]研究β-环糊精及其衍生物对烯酰吗啉的包合作用。[方法]以β-环糊精(β-CD)、羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)、甲基-β-环糊精(Me-β-CD)为主体,制备烯酰吗啉的包合物,通过粉末X射线衍射、热重分析、差示扫描量热法等方法研究环糊精与烯酰吗啉的主客体作用。[结果]β-CD、HP-β-CD及Me-β-CD与烯酰吗啉形成了包合比1∶1的包合物,包合常数分别为910、749、1211 M-1。烯酰吗啉在水中的溶解度及稳定性均得到提高。[结论]研究结果将拓宽烯酰吗啉剂型的开发和应用方向。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the inclusion of β-cyclodextrin and its derivatives on dimethomorph. [Method] With β-cyclodextrin (β-CD), hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) and methyl-β-cyclodextrin (Me- The inclusion complexes of dimethomorph were prepared and the host-guest interaction of cyclodextrin and dimethomorph was studied by powder X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry. [Result] The inclusion complexes of β-CD, HP-β-CD and Me-β-CD with dimethomorph formed the inclusion ratio of 1: 1 with the inclusion constant of 910,749 and 1211 M-1, respectively. The solubility and stability of dimethomorph in water have been improved. [Conclusion] The research results will broaden the development and application of enrofloxacin formulations.
