在耐高温厌氧胶中添加了石墨粉末、二硫化钼、聚乙烯粉末和蓖麻油力矩调节剂,测试了厌氧胶的室温强度、热强度和高温老化强度,考察了力矩调节剂对厌氧胶破坏扭矩和平均拆卸扭矩的影响,并借助SEM探讨了力矩调节剂对厌氧胶改性的机理。添加10%的石墨、二硫化钼或聚乙烯粉末只降低厌氧胶的平均拆卸扭矩,而不会降低破坏扭矩。蓖麻油会使厌氧胶的破坏扭矩和平均拆卸扭矩都下降。以聚乙烯粉末或蓖麻油作为力矩调节剂,会降低耐高温厌氧胶的耐热性能。
Graphite powder, molybdenum disulfide, polyethylene powder and castor oil torque adjuster were added to the high temperature resistant anaerobic adhesive to test the room temperature strength, hot strength and high temperature aging strength of anaerobic adhesive. The effects of torque regulator on anaerobic The breaking torque of rubber and the average disassembly torque were investigated. The mechanism of modification of anaerobic adhesive by torque regulator was also discussed. The addition of 10% graphite, molybdenum disulfide or polyethylene powder only reduces the average disassembly torque of the anaerobic glue without reducing the breaking torque. Polyethylene powder or castor oil as a torque regulator, will reduce the heat resistance of high temperature anaerobic adhesive.
