目的：探讨高血压合并冠状动脉硬化性心脏病的临床诊治方法与疗效。方法选取我院收治的高血压合并冠状动脉硬化性心脏病患者150例作为研究对象，给予硝苯地平缓释片进行治疗，对患者治疗前、治疗后1个月后肝肾功能水平、相关理化检查以及血压变化等指标进行分析与比较。结果150例患者经4个月的治疗后，其中126例患者的冠心病发生率与治疗前相比下降显著，其余24例患者的心绞痛症状得到显著改善。结论对高血压合并冠状动脉硬化性心脏病患者给予硝苯地平缓释片能够取得良好的疗效，如果药物治疗疗效不佳时建议行手术治疗。除此之外，患者应当保持健康的生活习惯，以利于病情的治疗与康复。“,”ObjectiveTo study hypertension combined coronary atherosclerosis sex heart disease clinical diagnosis and treatment methods and effect.MethodsIncorporating our hospital 150 cases of hypertension coronary arteriosclerosis sex heart disease patients as the research object,give patients treated with nifedipine zyban,for one month before and after treatment in patients with liver and kidney function after the inspection, the relevant indexes of physical and chemical examination and blood pressure changes were analyzed and compared.Results150 patients after 4 months of treatment, among them, 126 cases of patients with coronary heart disease incidence compared with before treatment decreased signifi cantly,the rest of the 24 the angina symptoms of the patients were improved signifi cantly.ConclusionIn patients with hypertension combined coronary atherosclerosis sex heart disease gives nifedipine zyban can achieve good effect,but if you take medication curative effect was suggested that surgical treatment.In addition,patients should keep healthy habits, thus conducive to disease treatment and rehabilitation.
