目的通过眼底荧光血管造影(fundusfluoresceinangiography,FFA)和吲哚青绿血管造影(indocyaninegreenangiography,ICGA)探讨中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜病变(简称中渗)的脉络膜新生血管(choroidalneovascularization,CNV)特征。方法对21例22眼“中渗”患者同时进行FFA与ICGA检查,并对两种不同的眼底血管造影图像进行对比分析。结果(1)22只眼中18眼FFA与ICGA均发现CNV,ICGA显示的CNV较FFA清晰,形态大小始终不变。(2)FFA中4眼未发现CNV,而ICGA造影其中2眼发现CNV。(3)ICGA出现CNV的部位44%在光凝治疗范围,而FFA仅20%。结论ICGA出现的CNV轮廓较FFA清晰,定位准确。FFA不能发现的CNV,ICGA可以发现,给“中渗”患者提供了更可靠和更多的激光治疗机会。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of choroidal neovascularization (CNV) in central exudative chorioretinopathy (CNI) by fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) and indocyanine green angiography (ICGA). Methods FFA and ICGA were examined simultaneously in 21 patients with 22 patients with “infiltration”, and two different fundus angiography images were compared. Results (1) In 22 eyes of 18 eyes, CNV was found in both FFA and ICGA. CNV displayed by ICGA was clearer than that of FFA. The morphological size was always the same. (2) No CNV was found in 4 eyes of FFA, while CNV was found in 2 eyes of ICGA. (3) 44% of sites of CNV in ICGA were in the scope of photocoagulation while FFA was only 20%. Conclusion The appearance of CNV profile in ICGA is more clear than FFA and accurate in positioning. CNV, ICGA, which can not be found by FFA, can be found to provide more reliable and more laser treatment opportunities for “infiltration” patients.
