自愿的健康受试者,被随机分为TFH组(22人)和安慰剂对照组(20人),采用双盲法,使用Admittance、STI方法测定服药前后心功能及血流动力学的变化。结果表明,口服TFH10mg/次,能使正常人的PEP/LVET、ICT/LVET及ICT值显著缩小(P<0.05);SV显著增加(P<0.05),CO、CT、SWl、CWI及LI亦有增加趋势;TPR明显降低(P<0.05),C值增加(P<0.05)。口服安慰剂前后观察指标未见显著性变化(P>0.05)。结果提示TFH能增强正常人心脏的收缩性能及泵功能,并能降低外周阻力,增加血管弹性。
Voluntary healthy subjects were randomly divided into TFH group (22 patients) and placebo control group (20 patients). Double-blind method was used to measure changes of cardiac function and hemodynamics before and after medication using Admittance and STI method. The results showed that oral administration of TFH 10mg/times can significantly reduce the PEP/LVET, ICT/LVET, and ICT values of normal subjects (P<0.05); SV increases significantly (P<0.05). CO, CT, SW1, CWI, and LI There was an increasing trend; TPR was significantly lower (P<0.05), and C value was increased (P<0.05). No significant changes were observed before and after oral placebo (P>0.05). The results suggest that TFH can enhance the normal human heart’s contractility and pump function, and can reduce peripheral resistance and increase blood vessel elasticity.
