为了保证高层建筑使用功能的全面发挥,需要充分考虑地下结构施工技术的完善。其中深基坑开挖为较为常见的地下结构施工。城市化建设中用地越来越紧张,对应工程基坑的深度和规模逐渐增加,同时深基坑开挖涉及机构多,包括施工方、土建方、监测方等机构,容易发生施工质量缺陷问题。需要充分加强深基坑开挖和支护施工的严格管理,保证重点工序顺利进行。本文针对深基坑开挖和支护进行了探讨,提出对应质量保证措施,旨在提高工程项目的质量。
In order to ensure the full use of high-rise building functions, we need to fully consider the improvement of underground structure construction technology. Deep excavation of which is the more common construction of underground structures. The land used in urbanization is getting more and more tense. The depth and scale of corresponding foundation pit gradually increase. At the same time, there are many organizations involved in excavation of deep foundation pit, including construction side, civil engineering side and monitoring square, which are prone to defects in construction quality. We need to fully strengthen the strict management of excavation and support construction of deep foundation pit to ensure the smooth progress of key processes. In this paper, the excavation and support of deep foundation pit are discussed, and corresponding quality assurance measures are proposed to improve the quality of the project.
