探索了制备纳米Skutterudite材料的一种新工艺——微波辅助湿化学法,研究了溶剂体系、反应温度和时间对产物合成的影响。提出采用结构简单、低粘度的乙醇与高沸点的有机溶剂组成的混合溶剂体系可以控制和加快反应进程,反应温度是控制Skutterudite相形成的主要因素。采用微波加热对湿化学反应机理没有根本改变,但是显著加快了反应进程,制备了粒径约25nm的CoSb3、RhSb3材料。
A new technology for the preparation of nano-Skutterudite materials, microwave-assisted wet chemical method, was explored. The effects of solvent system, reaction temperature and time on the product synthesis were investigated. It is proposed that a mixed solvent system composed of simple structure, low viscosity ethanol and high boiling point organic solvent can control and accelerate the reaction process. The reaction temperature is the main factor controlling the formation of Skutterudite phase. Microwave heating did not change the wet chemical reaction mechanism fundamentally, but significantly accelerated the reaction process. CoSb3 and RhSb3 materials with particle size of about 25 nm were prepared.
