爱是教育的前提。教师对学生的爱是教师的天职,是一种具有伟大意义的情感活动。每一个教师都有爱,但能否对后进生倾注更大的热情和更多的关爱是检验一位教师师德好坏的重要标准。将情感教育融于后进生的转化之中,就要求我们教师深入细致地了解学生,真心实意地关心学生,充分尊重、信任学生。情感既是英语教学的手段,也是英语教学的目的,起着激发、定向、推动、引导和调节学生学习活动的作用,直接影响学生的智力发展和认识过程。教学过程中情感及其渗透力量的强弱会直接影响教学效果的成败优劣。那么,怎样培养学生积极的情感,从而满足他们渴求知识的强烈愿望呢?
Love is the premise of education. Teachers’ love of students is the vocation of teachers, which is a kind of emotional activity of great significance. Every teacher has love, but whether or not to devote more enthusiasm and care to future generations is an important criterion for testing a teacher’s virtues. The emotional education into backward life transformation, requires our teachers to understand students in depth and meticulous, sincere concern about students, full respect and trust in students. Emotion is not only the means of English teaching, but also the purpose of English teaching. It plays an important role in stimulating, orienting, promoting, guiding and regulating students ’learning activities and directly affects students’ process of intellectual development and cognition. The strength of the emotional and infiltration forces in the teaching process will directly affect the success or failure of teaching effectiveness. So, how to cultivate the positive emotions of students to meet their desire for knowledge of the strong desire?
