１６例单侧唇腭裂伴牙槽裂和１例双侧唇腭裂伴牙槽裂患者，用下颌正中联合区骨移植修复牙槽裂，术后随访时间平均１８个月。术后６个月，咬合Ｘ线片证明移植骨完全愈合，再造牙槽突的形态满意且无牙周并发症。手术后６个月Ｘ线片见供区愈合。下颌骨正中联合区骨移植有并发症少，住院时间短，手术时间短而且可避免供区瘢痕等优点。本研究结果表明下颌正中联合区骨可用作为整复牙槽裂的供区。
16 cases of unilateral cleft lip and palate with alveolar cleft and 1 case of bilateral cleft lip and palate with alveolar cleft were treated with mandibular midline bone graft to repair alveolar cleft. The average follow-up time was 18 months. At 6 months after operation, the occlusal X-ray showed that the bone graft healed completely. The shape of the alveolar process was satisfactory and no periodontal complications were found. Six months after surgery, X-ray showed donor area healing. There is less complications, shorter hospitalization time, shorter operation time and avoiding donor scarring in the middle mandibular joint area. The results of this study show that the medial mandibular joint area can be used as a donor alveolar cleft.
