目的:观察天然蜂王浆(Royal Jelly,RJ)对豚鼠气管平滑肌舒缩活动的影响。方法:取豚鼠气管条置于Krebs-Henseleit(K-H)液中行离体灌流,观察给RJ前后气管平滑肌舒缩活动的变化;先加入受体阻断剂后再加入RJ,观察气管条张力的变化。结果:加入RJ后,气管条的肌张力先轻度增加约2 min后降低,降低持续长达20 min以上,且呈剂量依赖性。在加入阿托品后,取消其增加平滑肌张力的作用,而在预先应用心得安后,其舒张气管平滑肌张力的作用降低。结论:蜂王浆能影响豚鼠气管平滑肌收缩活动,以舒张作用为主。
Objective: To observe the effect of natural jelly (RJ) on the contraction and contraction of guinea-pig tracheal smooth muscle. Methods: Guinea pig tracheal strips were placed in Krebs-Henseleit (KH) solution and perfused in vitro to observe the change of relaxation and contraction of tracheal smooth muscle before and after RJ. After adding receptor blockers, RJ was added to observe the change of tracheal strips tension . RESULTS: After adding RJ, the muscle tone of trachea strips increased slightly after about 2 min, then decreased and continued to decrease for more than 20 min in a dose-dependent manner. After adding atropine, cancel its role in increasing smooth muscle tension, and in the application of propranolol, its relaxation of the role of the tension of the tracheal smooth muscle decreased. Conclusion: Royal jelly can affect the contractile activity of guinea-pig tracheal smooth muscle, mainly by relaxation.
