为贯彻党的十五大会议精神,全面提高劳动者素质,从工人中培养和选拔优秀人才,推动工人技术培训工作的开展,以适应社会主义市场经济发展需要,由北京市经委、北京市劳动局、北京市教委、北京市总工会和北京市团市委决定在1997年基层企业开展群众性岗位练兵、技术比赛的基础上,于1998年联合举办北京市工业系统第八届工人技术比赛。 此次电焊工技能比赛分理论考试和实操项目。电焊工技能比赛于1998年9月23～25日在华北电业管理局焊接技术培圳中心举行。 比赛以理论分数占20％,实际操作分数占80％之和计算总成绩,并按总成绩排定选手名次。对本届技术比赛前十名的优秀选手授予“北京市工业系统工人技术能手”和“北京市工业系统青年技术能手”称号,颁发荣誉证书,并给予一定的物质奖励。 通过此次比赛,会进一步促使各级领导把技术比赛作为提高工人素质的一项重要工作来抓,通过技术比赛促进在职工人的培训,真正做到全面提高劳动者的素质,让技术明星在赛场上再创辉煌。
