目的:研究补肾安胎中药对着床障碍小鼠炎性因子含量的影响。方法:将受孕大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、保胎灵组和坤元汤组,从妊娠第1天开始,保胎灵组和坤元汤组分别用保胎灵和坤元汤灌胃0.3mL,连续灌胃6天,正常组和模型组予0.3mL生理盐水,第3、4天小鼠注射吲哚美辛油剂复制小鼠着床障碍模型,第6天末次给药后收集小鼠血清及子宫组织,使用试剂盒检测小鼠血清及子宫组织血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)和一氧化氮(NO)的含量。结果:与模型组比较,坤元汤组小鼠子宫重量、子宫指数及着床位点数均提高(P<0.05);坤元汤明显降低着床障碍小鼠IFN-γ和NO含量(P<0.05),显著升高IL-10含量(P<0.05)。结论:补肾安胎中药坤元汤可能通过调节炎性因子IFN-γ、IL-10及NO的含量促进胚胎着床。
Objective: To study the effect of Bushen Tanenzhong on inflammatory cytokines in implantation disorder mice. Methods: The pregnant rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Paulingling group and Kunyuan decoction group. From the first day of pregnancy, Paulingling group and Kunyuan decoction group were treated with Bailingling and Kunyuan decoction 0.3 mL of gavage and continuous gavage for 6 days. The rats in normal group and model group were given 0.3 mL of saline. The mice were injected with indomethacin ointment to reproduce the model of impotence in mice on day 3 and 4. The last administration on day 6 Serum and uterine tissues were collected and the contents of serum IFN-γ, IL-10 and NO in serum and uterus of mice were detected by kit. Results: Compared with model group, uterus weight, uterine index and implantation site of KunYuanTang group were all increased (P <0.05); KunYuan Decoction significantly reduced the content of IFN-γ and NO in mice with dysplasia ), Significantly increased IL-10 content (P <0.05). Conclusion: Bushen Antitussive KunYuan Decoction may promote embryo implantation by regulating the content of IFN-γ, IL-10 and NO.
