21世纪企业的竞争归根结底就是人才的竞争。人才是构成企业核心竞争力的最主要部分,因此人力资源成为企业最宝贵的资源。国有企业作为我国国民经济支柱,想要在这种激烈的市场竞争条件下谋求生存和发展,就必须重视企业的人力资源管理。而薪酬绩效管理作为人力资源管理中的重要组成部分,有着举足轻重不可忽视的重要作用。本文就是根据国有企业薪酬绩效管理当中存在的问题展开分析探究,寻找有效的解决措施,以求在新形势下国有企业的薪酬绩效考核工作能够得到创新和发展。
In the final analysis, the competition of enterprises in the 21st century is the competition of talents. Talents constitute the most important part of the core competitiveness of enterprises, so human resources become the most valuable resource for enterprises. As the pillar of our national economy, in order to survive and develop under such fierce market competition, state-owned enterprises must pay attention to the human resource management of enterprises. As an important part of human resource management, pay performance management plays an important role that can not be ignored. This paper analyzes and probes into the existing problems in SAWM of state-owned enterprises in order to find effective solutions so as to seek innovation and development in the performance appraisal of SOEs in the new situation.
