为了解萼片对番茄果实发育及品质形成的影响,分别在初花后10、15、20、25、30、35和40天去除萼片,以不去萼片的果实为对照,在果实转色6天后采摘,进行分析测定。结果表明,处理果实成熟时间延迟;重量、抗氧化物质和类黄酮含量下降;细胞壁构成物质的水溶性果胶、共价结合果胶及总果胶含量都有所下降。在抗氧化酶活性方面,处理果实中的过氧化氢酶活性低于对照,而过氧化物
In order to understand the effects of sepals on the fruit development and quality of tomato, the sepals were removed at 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 days after flowering, respectively. The fruits without sepals were used as control. Picking, analysis and determination. The results showed that the ripening time of fruits was delayed, the content of weight, antioxidants and flavonoids decreased, and the content of water-soluble pectin, covalently bound pectin and total pectin of cell wall components decreased. In terms of antioxidant enzyme activity, catalase activity in treated fruits was lower than that of controls, whereas peroxide
