基于物流配送分线管理改革试点工作的调查,系统地阐述了“一库存储,集中分拣,跨区配送,单独核算,分线管理”的基本思路,总结了管理模式、资源整合、流程规范、成本控制、绩效考核五个方面的基本做法,并客观地指出了在人员素质、劳动用工、信息技术应用、物流作业场地等方面存在的问题。
Based on the investigation of the pilot reform of logistics distribution line management, this paper systematically expounds the basic ideas of “one store, centralized sorting, cross-district distribution, individual accounting and branch management”, summarizes the management mode, resource integration, Process standardization, cost control and performance appraisal, and objectively pointed out the problems in personnel quality, labor and employment, information technology application, logistics operation site and so on.
