我厂承修的“东发”号万吨远洋货轮,螺旋桨桨叶断裂位置达桨叶长度的1/3。经过外观鉴定,该次断裂是沿前次补焊痕迹,整个叶宽全部断裂(图1)。该桨片材质为德国GSOMS锰铁黄铜(详细成分见表1),桨重为12.9t转数为120r/min。对如此大面积的螺旋桨桨叶进行断裂修复,国内还从没有介绍过。按GB3095—81(民用铜合金螺旋桨补焊规则)标准,该螺旋桨应做报废处理。经船主的要求且征得船检局同意,我们决定采用下述工艺进行修复。
