一、工作原理与机型结构FIR—D型远红外谷物干燥机是以电能转变成为远红外辐射热能,来加热干燥谷物的一种机械装置。其干燥原理是利用被烘干谷物在远红外区均有大量的吸收带(见图一),当它们在远红外辐射能的照射下,可因大量地吸收红外能而获得迅速发热升温。因此,谷物可在由红外辐射热所致的温度梯度与外界湿度梯度的同时作用下,不断地使谷物含有的水份向外蒸发、扩散,达到了快速干燥的目的。
First, the working principle and model structure FIR-D far-infrared grain dryer is a mechanical device that converts electric energy into far-infrared radiant heat to heat and dry the grain. The drying principle is to use the dried grains in the far infrared region have a large number of absorption bands (see Figure 1), when they are far infrared radiation energy, due to the large number of infrared energy to obtain rapid heating and warming. Therefore, the grain can continuously evaporate and diffuse the water contained in the grain under the simultaneous action of the temperature gradient caused by the infrared radiant heat and the external humidity gradient, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid drying.
