一九八三年七月,我们过程控制研究室研制成功以单扳计算机(SCC)为核心的实时控制系统(SCCS—I),经过一定时间的室内试运行后,于十一月进入辽阳化纤公司炼油厂常压装置,用于加热炉烟气氧含量闭环控制和热效率在线计算。经过半年多连续运行证明该微计算机系统性能稳定可靠,能满足现场实时控制的要求,并取得了节省燃料油的初步效果。今年又用它进行了初馏塔底液面非线性控制和加热炉支路出口温度均衡控制的试验。下面对该系统的硬件组成、软件及应用等分别作些介绍。
In July 1983, our process control lab successfully developed a real-time control system (SCCS-I) with a single-card computer (SCC) as the core. After a period of in-house trial operation, we entered Liaoyang Chemical Fiber Company refinery atmospheric pressure device for closed loop control of furnace oxygen content and thermal efficiency online calculation. After six months of continuous operation, the microcomputer system proved to be stable and reliable, able to meet the requirements of on-site real-time control and achieved the initial effect of fuel oil savings. This year it was used to carry out the initial bottom of the liquid level control of non-linear heating furnace branch outlet temperature equilibrium control test. The following describes the hardware components of the system, software and applications were introduced.
