目的:介绍微电极记录技术在治疗帕金森病中的作用。方法:采用微电极细胞电生理记录技术进行术中靶点监测,对100例帕金森病患者行苍白球腹后部(96例)和丘脑腹外侧核(4例)毁损术,患者术前及术后评估采用UPDRS积分,术中靶点更换率为87%。结果:手术效果优良,有效率100%,原有症状术后显著改善率平均达89.4%,无永久并发症。结论:微电极的应用能显著减少手术并发症的发生,提高手术效果。
Objective: To introduce the role of microelectrode recording in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. Methods: The intraoperative target monitoring was performed with microelectrode cell electrophysiological recording technique. In 100 Parkinson’s disease patients, 96 cases of the posterior chamber of the globus pallidus and 4 cases of the ventrolateral thalamic nucleus were sacrificed. Postoperative assessment using UPDRS points, intraoperative target replacement rate of 87%. Results: The operative effect was excellent and the effective rate was 100%. The significant improvement rate of the original symptoms was 89.4% after operation, with no permanent complications. Conclusion: The application of microelectrode can significantly reduce the incidence of surgical complications and improve the surgical results.
