在农业学大寨、普及大寨县的群众运动中,喷灌作为增产、省水、灌溉机械化措施正在被生产上广泛推广应用。固定式和半固定式喷灌要求管道抗裂性能高,管道用量多,基建费用大。固定式喷灌基建费用有65～70％用于管材上。当前压力管材缺乏是影响喷灌发展的主要问题之一。为此,我所与烟台地区水利局、黄县水利局、黄县下丁家公社下丁家大队在下丁家进行了预应力钢丝网水泥管道试制及其在固定式喷灌上的应用试点工作。桓台县水利局与桓台县田庄公社大庞大队也进行了这一试点工作。实践证明:预应力钢丝网水泥管在固定式喷灌管材中属于较好的管材之一。它兼有预应力钢筋混凝土和钢丝网水 Spoil irrigation as a measure of increasing production, saving water and irrigating mechanization in the agricultural science Dazhai and popularizing the mass movement in Dazhai is being widely applied in production.
