随着我国综合国力的不断上升,带动市场经济的快速发展,在经济的快速发展下如何设定一个企业的市场营销战略是至关重要的。本文笔者通过市场调查分析和企业生命周期不同阶段的特点找出适应企业发展的市场营销战略。同时制定出符合企业周期发展规律的市场营销策略。
With the continuous improvement of China’s overall national strength and the rapid development of the market economy, it is of vital importance to set an enterprise’s marketing strategy under the rapid economic development. The author of this article through market research and analysis of different stages of the characteristics of the enterprise life cycle to find out the development of marketing strategies. At the same time develop a marketing strategy in line with the law of development of the business cycle.
