采用夹日法和粉迹法对溴敌隆灭鼠效果进行观察。结果:夹日法灭鼠前后鼠密度为17.53%和1.89%,X~2=33.64,P<0.01 ;粉迹法灭鼠前后鼠密度为42.96%和10.2%,X~2=32.79,P<0.01。均具有显著统计学意义,表明灭鼠后鼠密度比灭鼠前显著减少。本次实验未发生人、畜误食中毒事件,说明溴敌隆是灭鼠效力、适口性、安全性较好的灭鼠剂。
The method of pinch day and chalky method were used to observe the detrusor effect of bromadiolone. Results: The rat densities before and after rodent control were 17.53% and 1.89%, X ~ 2 = 33.64, P <0.01. The rat densities were 42.96% and 10.2%, X ~ 2 = 32.79, 0.01. All of them had significant statistical significance, which showed that the density of rats after deratization decreased significantly than that before delustering. The experiment did not occur in humans, animals, food poisoning incidents, indicating that bromadiolone rodent effectiveness, palatability, safety better rodenticide.
