本文从降低混凝土力学性能、加速混凝土碳化等方面,对混凝土裂缝的危害进行了分析;从混凝土原材、配合比设计、工程施工和泵送工艺等方面,对混凝土裂缝产生的原因进行探讨总结;最后从制度建设、生产控制、施工控制方面,研究了混凝土裂缝的防治措施,以控制混凝土裂缝的产生、提高混凝土施工质量。
In this paper, the damage of concrete cracks is analyzed from the aspects of reducing the mechanical properties of concrete and accelerating the carbonation of concrete. The causes of concrete cracks are discussed from the aspects of concrete raw materials, mix design, engineering construction and pumping technology. Finally, from the aspects of system construction, production control and construction control, the prevention and cure measures of concrete cracks were studied to control the occurrence of concrete cracks and improve the quality of concrete construction.
