作者复习了80例胰腺不均匀脂肪替代CT影像的特点。胰腺不均匀脂肪替代可分成两个类型,第一型,胰头的后部不发生明显的脂肪替代;第二型,胆总管(CBD)周围局灶区域不发生脂肪替代。以上每一型又以体尾部是否有明显的脂肪替代分成两个亚型,(亚a型,阴性体尾部脂肪替代;亚b型,阳性体尾部脂肪替代)。80例中38例女性,42例男性,年龄34～84岁。CT扫描机型为:9800GE,X-Force,TCT-300,CT-W1000,10mm层厚连续扫描。28例作了平扫和增强扫描,增强用碘异酞酶100ml;52例病人只
The authors reviewed the characteristics of 80 cases of pancreatic non-uniform fat replacement CT images. Non-uniform pancreatic fat replacement can be divided into two types, the first type, the head of the pancreas does not occur obvious fat replacement; the second type, the common bile duct (CBD) around the focal area does not occur fat replacement. Each of the above types is divided into two subtypes with obvious fat substitutes at the tail of the body, (sub-a type, the tail of the negative body is replaced by fat; the subtype b is replaced by the tail of the tail of the positive body). 38 cases of 80 women, 42 males, aged 34 to 84 years. CT scan models: 9800GE, X-Force, TCT-300, CT-W1000, 10mm thickness continuous scan. 28 patients underwent plain and enhanced scan, enhanced with iodine phthalase 100ml; 52 patients only
